“If I connect Twelve South to the 3.5mm headphone jack in an older HDMI TV that does not have Wireless/Bluetooth capabilities, will it pair successfully with my Air Pods-Pro? Will the TV remote still serve okay as the volume control to my Air Pods-Pro?”

I have done just that - use it with Bose QC45 and Bose earbuds Haven’t tried my Apple airpods as not nearly as comfortable as the Bose
