What does a flashing blue light mean? null

Phone is not on the charger correctly

I believe When the light is blinking/flashing it is charging when it is a steady blue it is done charging

I believe that means it's not compatible with your phone and is therefore not charging it, or perhaps the case you have on your phone is interfering with the coils inside the charger.
