• Yes you need a wall plug with a usb port, it will plug into your charger that comes with your cell phone. It comes with a small cord that fits into the wireless charger and the other end fits into a wall phone charger.

• It comes with a USB to micro USB cable so you can charge it from a powered USB port such as on your computer or in newer vehicles. A wall outlet USB is not included.
