QuestionDoes this have a lightning input? The photos indicate that it does, but when I went to the store, it didn’t have a lightning input; it only had micro usb. The SKU from the product in store and this one were the same. So, we’re a bit puzzled.

- Answer It does not have a lightning input. It has 2 usb inputs to connect for charging attached devices and 1 charging hook up(included) to charge the device itself.

QuestionThe directions state to always turn off the battery when not in use. Where the heck is the power button?!?

- Answer There is a small button on the side, which should turn it off. Really, though, it should shut off automatically when it is done charging your device.

QuestionMy device fully charges but when I unplug it, it won't charge at all, sometimes it won't even turn on for more than 3 seconds before turning off. I figured it was because of the cold weather but it does the same at home. What can I do?

- Answer Get a USB cord with a micro usb connection. Plug the cord into an outlet and then use the micro usb end to plug into the micro USB port. The battery charge level number should appear and slowly charge. Since it is a large battery it takes awhile to get to full capacity (100% charge).
