- Answer Yes however, I would not have this battery nearby water while charging, or take it in the water at all. Great to keep in a bag of supplies in the vehicle, or tent. Will recharge any USB powered devices and accessories. Gear Fit should have a magnetic charging dock that the end is USB-A male.

- Answer If you mean blinking then that is normal. This is to show you the amount left to charge (It goes in quarters). If they are all blinking then yes, check warranty.
