No it will not fit ipad and magic keyboard. Highly don’t recommend

Apple Smart Keyboard is designed to be a protective cover and keyboard. Although it will not protect the iPad very well. Case is designed to cover entire back of iPad. There is no clearance for keyboard to magnetically attach and coexist with this cover.
