• Yes it will. A fantastic case. I caution against a glass screen protector with the S21 Ultra. The fingerprint will NOT work. I gave up after 2 different ones and got a flexible one. Came with an insert that slides in the charge port for easy installation.

• Yes, although it doesn't have much of a lip around the screen area. On mine there's a gap at the bottom that allows my finger to rub over the edge of the screen protector, so I'm anticipating it coming loose before too long.
