• go to setting then bluetooth then u willl see Handsoff click on that and u will pair i have iphone 12

• Hello ARTYAJ, You'll have to re-pair your BOOM 3 to your phone like it's a new speaker. Go into your Bluetooth settings on your iPhone, power on your BOOM 3 (short press the power button), press and hold the Bluetooth button to put it into pairing mode, and then connect when it appears on your iPhone.
