I had a hard time myself but press the on button and keep your finger on it as you turn it on for awhile refresh your phone a couple times, it will eventually connect. It just takes a couple tries. Don't give up its worth the sound. Good Luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, you will need to put the speaker into Bluetooth search mode. To do so you press and hold the small Bluetooth button for 8-10 seconds until it flashes quickly. Then you navigate on your phone to Bluetooth devices and pair. If this does not work you can do a soft reset. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down at the same time for 8-10 seconds until it makes a chime. It will power itself off. When you power the speaker back on it will be in Bluetooth search mode and you will be able to find it on your phone to pair.
