  • QuestionCan you travel in flights with this speaker? Should I carry this in my carry on or checked bag, if I can travel with this speaker?

    Asked by Shawn.

    • Answer Hi Shawn, You can most certainly travel in flights with Ultimate Ears HYPERBOOM. If you're checking it in, make sure that it's secure and protected. If you're going to carry it on, make sure to check with your airline's carry on policy. Personally, I wouldn't travel in flight with one because it isn't ideal for airline travel because of it's size. I would take a pair of MEGABOOM speakers, which you can pair together (in stereo) and don't take up nearly as much space in your bags.

  • QuestionCan I pair it with 2 UE Megablast speakers

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Most UE speakers can pair together through the app. The megablast and this can absolutely pair as I’ve seen it done in person over the app. There are a few UE products that will only pair with themselves (the key chain speaker thing) and no other product but this is not one of them

  • QuestionWhat is the rms and peak output power?

    Asked by MIKEHICKS1.

    • Answer I couldn’t find wattage numbers anywhere. My Harmon Kardon onyx is just as loud. This thing has doubled down on the bass tho. Even tho it only gets down to 45 hertz it really packs a punch. It should get twice as loud tho for its size and weight imo.

  • QuestionSo I lost my charge cable for my speaker during my move. What type of cable does it require can I charge the speaker from a USB C or an Android charger?

    Asked by Dipshit.

    • Answer Hello! Unfortunately, the charging cable for the HYPERBOOM Portable Bluetooth Party Speaker isn't a standard USB C or Android charger, it requires a specific power supply that isn't sold in store. I would recommend visiting the product page https://www.ultimateears.com/en-us/wireless-speakers/hyperboom.html and contacting support for a replacement.

  • QuestionHyperboom won’t charge, I tried multiple plugs and connections. It’s only 2 months old

    Asked by Myspeaker.

    • Answer I’m having the same problem and checked my AC adapter and the center pin was missing. I have a feeling that it broke off inside the main unit speaker. I look online and there’s a lot of people that are having the same issue we are. I bought a new AC adapter and it still won’t charge. Best Buy‘s advice assumes that you can actually power the unit on.
