A:AnswerHello Arya! What I would suggest you to do, if you haven't tried that already, is first try removing the HYPERBOOM Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker from your phone's Bluetooth connected devices, and also uninstall the app from your phone. Once that's done, download the Boom app to your phone once again, and re-do the Bluetooth pairing between the speakers and your phone. Kind of doing a soft reset. If that doesn't work, you can try doing a hard reset of the speaker. To do so: Press and hold the Power Button and Play / Pause Button together for 5 seconds, listen for the FACTORY RESET sonification (da-da…da-da – bongo), the speaker will turn off, wait 5 seconds, then Press Power Button. Then e-do the Bluetooth pairing between the speakers and your phone, and connect to the app. - Mathieu from Logitech
A:AnswerNo. There is no such thing as any Bluetooth device that supports Dolby. It also wouldn’t make sense. Dolby is designed for sound systems with separation of sound (multiple speakers)
A:AnswerYes you can. I was able to pair two Hyperbooms in stereo and there was no delay from one speaker to the other. They sounded great. The only issue I had was with the Bluetooth of these speakers being really bad.
A:AnswerAs long as the plug is the right size, it is 19 volts DC and close to 90 watts it should wirk fine.
If the wattage is lower it will just take longer to charge.
A:AnswerHello shortdancemom, that is a great question. The Ultimate Ears Hyperboom produces 229 Watts and the sound range is 100 Decibels, which is double than the normal hearing value. It is an excellent deal for audiophiles craving for a loud unit having great bass. Thank you for the question, have a great day.
A:AnswerWanda, I have not experienced the same problem that you are describing, but if you are outside your Best Buy return window, I would suggest taking a look at the Ultimate Ears website, register your Hyperboom and contact UE directly if you can't find a resolution within the Q&A section of their website. https://support.ultimateears.com/en/hyperboom/
I also, own quite a few UE speakers, including 2 Hyperboom's. UE's customer service has always been pretty good in responding to any issues that I have had in the past.
I hope this helps and I hope UE can resolve your specific issue.
A:AnswerWe're sorry there isn't much stock available at the moment. But please feel free to check online or contact your local Best Buy for product availability!
A:AnswerI never used the JBL Partybox, But when the clerk played it in the store I was not impressed. The Hyperboom you adjust your bass level through your phone or whatever device you have that can connect to it through the bluetooth. I have the samsung galaxy s21 and I use the Equalizer through it to adjust the base but I don't as the box is great sound.
