I made an appointment to have my iPhone SE battery replaced. After waiting four days for the appointment, I arrived to find that the "Geek Squad" at the store did not have the battery needed. This was particularly irritating since the whole point of the four-day delay was to give the store time to acquire the battery. This is the kind of lackadaisical effort that has hampered BestBuy for decades. After being a faithful customer for years, I had all but stopped shopping there because of customer service department issues that seemed intentionally designed to deter customers from wanting to return things. So, lesson fully learned: I will not be giving them any more business. PS. I was able to visit a local "mom/pop" phone repair shop and got the battery replaced in 20 minutes for practically half the price.
