Unfortunately our TV does not support the wireless Audio Out capability to function with that remote.

Please try again later.That remote is likely not compatible due to the way in which the remotes' variations in their features and the subsequent way they connect through your home network to the TV or Roku device. The audio on the remote is an advanced feature of the Roku 3, and really has nothing to do with whether or not the TV has a headphone jack.
