Yes, the TV will continue to function. I would not worry about ROKU though as they are a great dependable company that we are happy to partner with.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TV should always function (whether or not Roku stays in business) since you are only accessing the Roku 'boot up' screen before going to your choice of cable, DVD, etc. you would only lose the Roku connected apps if the company ceased to exist.
