“How do I change to a full view? tv screen is 28 '"X16 1/2" but screen only show about 20"X 12" when viewing. It is black all around. How can I fix it?”

• If you are watching dish or cable and you are given channel options for regular def and high def, make sure you're on the high def option. Example, I entered 2 for CBS on my FIOS remote and the screen was small, once I went to high def channel 502 the screen filled completely.

• The aspect ratio is set wrong. It could be the input device, though.
