“WiFi will not connect after working perfect for 2 months? Purchased and Installed in bedroom August 2015. Worked amazing! Access to UV library, apps, etc. NOW, ERROR CODE 014.50 Not Connected. Nothing Changed. Every other phone, pad, laptop, device, ALL CONNECT PERFECTLY. EXCEPT ROKU TV!?!?! And, yes, all wireless points, have been reset, repaired, etc. Cable company checked everything. Its the TV PLEASE HELP!!! About to return to BestBuy.... (extremely frustrated)”

Did you try a factory reset on the tv?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Roku error code 14 could be due to a firmware issue, but it is a general connectivity error and therefore not terribly useful. In the past with my roku streaming device when I got this error I would just plug it in to ethernet and run the update. After the update it was always work again. Optionally, I had to do a factory reset once to clear a similar issue.
