“Why is my picture slightly hazy? When viewing Netflix via streaming, picture is beautiful. After I hooked up my small Comcast box, I searched for cable channels. I noticed for some reason I can view my channels through the Antennae source. In my opinion the cable picture is not as clear as when viewing Netflix or at the Best Buy store. Also when I switched to full screen it looks even worse. Switched to a smaller size- pic was slightly better but I want full view. I really like tv, Roku is really cool, just want the whole viewing experience. Any input, I don't want to return.”

It's not the TV, Tony. It's Comcast. I had a similar problem with Time Warner. Second tech that came out said my selected channels were on the antenna feed and switched me to higher numbers. I.e, instead of '9' he switched it to '1209.' Hope that makes sense.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Small Comcast box? Is it HD? If it is not HD it will only broadcast in 480. If it is an HD box, maybe it is not configured properly. Set the TV to your cable box. Turn the power on cable "off". Press menu and a graphic will appear to show your settings that you will be able to adjust to your preference.
