Search streaming channels from the HomeScreen menu, for PBS. Follow the prompts. A sign in to your cable provider may be required to view the channel but (typically) free of charge.

You could also connect an antenna to get your local TV channels which would probably include a local PBS affiliate, though it would not be on demand.
