• If you have the mighty mug, if you have the product check in through their website, tell them what happened to your top and they can send you a replacement.

• Contact the vendor. That seems strange because there isn't anything really breakable on this product. Lid screws on. Cup doesn't fall over if left standing. Its locked in place. Perhaps, you purchased a different product. Good Luck!
