Can it be used on AT&T null

Yes by following instructions with this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e-2015/general/how-to-verizon-moto-e-2015-gsm-network-t3098953 You can make phone work on AT&T after going in and doing these instructions and afterwards by googling your APN settings for AT&T by setting them in the phone's menu of SETTINGS>DATA USAGE>UPPER RIGHT 3 vertical DOTS>CELLULAR NETWORKS>Access Point Names>either plus circle but rather UPPER RIGHT 3 vertical DOTS for inputting your network information for smooth operation on AT&T networks. AT&T might help you with the APN settings but will not help you with the links instructions. You will not be disappointed about bringing it over if you or a friend knows computers very well, rather technical; this can be accomplished!!! I placed 2 of these onto other carriers than Verizon!!!
