Call quality has nothing to do with data rates for regular data use, so I've not experienced call quality and inhibited by my data being used. That said call quality is always dependent on a good connection. With 4GLTE that means you may have limited capacity and call quality can suffer.

If I were to rate it from 1 - 10 where 1 is 2 tin cans and a string and 10 would be the clearest call every made. They get a 4. Allot of dropped calls, echo on some, although when it does work it is pretty good. The saving Grace to this is red pocket the new owners. At some point in the near future they will send out sims for us (unreal mobile at&t VoIP customers) so we can use native voice which is calls over the cell towers and not the internet. The one thing you should be aware of is they subtract the data from your monthly allowance for those calls. 550mb, for me my first month.
