• yes - it will track that you are asleep automatically. You do have the option to manually input your sleep time also

• Yes just go to sleep and it tracks your sleep. Sometimes it will ask you if you were sleep during a certain time if it did not get the reading correctly. There is not much you have to do with it but go into your app and record your food or a special workout or activity.
