There are two ways to understand this question: 1. If you are trying to put the images on to a DVD disc 'from' one of these; this format is not suggested because any readable HD imaging will most likely be removed/rendered unreadable in the formatting unless you have a special characteristic Matisha [easiest way to explain it] which can read "horrizontal" formatting as video imaging (think Fugifilm). 2. If you want to 'make' a DVD out of this disc; assuming you have Blu-Ray authoring technology; you 'can' write the disc in DVD format (you would need a commercial laser writer the size of a car to ensure that 'any' DVD format player could play your video) such that any Blu-Ray player or special format DVD player could read read it [eg. PlayStation 2].
