Q: QuestionDo I have to have a separate line for this phone? So, in order to use this phone I have to pay for 2 lines?
Asked by Krisalyn.
- A:Answer The best answer is yes, and no...let me explain. The device works as a connected device like how an LTE enabled smartwatch works on your account. The device will technically have it's own phone number assigned to it, however for all cellular communications it will share your primary phone number. Verizon's term for this is "number sharing." You don't have to get a totally separate line, per se, but you will have to pay a $10/month line access fee, just as you would with an LTE enabled smartwatch. All that being said, I do not recommend this device and I suggest you read my review regarding why I returned the device within five days of purchasing it.

Q: QuestionQs: 1 - Can this phone receive group text messages? 2 - Can this phone be a companion to an iPhone? 3 - How does it work switching between each phone?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer 1. Yes, it receives group text messages just like my main phone. 2. Yes, but you may need to use the Verizon Messages texting app on your main phone for text messages work correctly. (I'm not sure how well it works with iMessage.) 3. It's easy. Calls ring to both phones and text messages appear on both phones. I switch between phones multiple times a day, and it's as easy as picking up the phone I want to use at that moment. You can leave the main phone at home and the Palm will happily work on its own.

Q: QuestionWould this work with t mobile?
Asked by User.
- A:Answer The phone is locked to Verizon for 60 days, but after that 60 day period Verizon unlocks their devices. I recently got a used one and even though it says Verizon on startup, it works with my TMobile sim card.

Q: QuestionHow long is the current deal good for? Can you transfer what's on the existing phone to the Palm? (We're upgrading a Verizon phone). Thanks
Asked by Brad123.
- A:Answer This device was not worth the money that I spent on it. It only stays charged for two hours of use. This is a real let down.
