• My wife needed a new phone, but her old one's sim card doesn't fit her new phone. She was able to log in through Verizon and set her phone up as the new phone, so it transferred her contacts to the new phone. Not sure what you are using, but that's all she did. She logged in to Verizon using her account and selected "change device" and follow the prompts. Hope that helps.

• Hi Krissy! The easiest way to transfer your contacts is to sync all your contacts to your Google account from the old phone and use the same Google account to the new phone for all contacts to be transferred. You can also download third party apps -Jess
