• It comes with it's own simm card. Also you can upgrade memory by purchasing an additional card which can be easily inserted into the phone

• Absolutely nothing, the Sim card comes preinstalled already but it comes with a pin type key to open the tray if you wanna use yours.

• No sim card. You'd have to call verizon to activate it. Or you can have the best buy folks do the work for you if you buy in store.
