• You can transfer files from your old phone to your new phone. When I bought this Samsung A01 phone last month, the tech pros at Best Buy transferred the data from my old phone to the new phone while I waited. Better yet, I didn't need to change my phone number in the process.

• Yes. They'll do this right in store at your request. Or you could download the app and use the additional plug, which you will need to purchase. I suggest you do it in store and specify that you want a complete clone of old phone.
