• I've never played Fortnite or any game on my phone. Although you can install it on an Android, which a Samsung A01 is, not all operating systems are created equal. If it's installed, I bet your child wouldn't stop playing.

• Yes, this phone is capable of that game. It had an Octa-core processor that would be able to handle the processing needed.
