Does this phone come with a Sim to start new service? null

My phone did come with new sim card

Does the phone come with a s Simm? Not sure but I bought the phone and the salesman plugged it in and transferred all my data from my old phone a Samsung J3 to the new phone. a Samsung J7. My new phone was ready to go and didn't need anything else.
