• A:Answer It’s a quiet player and this happened to me too. Found out that the unit connected itself to my tv soundbar in the living room. Once I turned off that sound bar, the internal speakers worked fine. Lesson learned: if you have a Bluetooth device in the area that is on and is “discoverable“ it will connect to it and once connected to Bluetooth the internal speakers won’t have sound.
