Q: QuestionI purchased one of these recently. The bluetooth will not connect to bluetooth speakers or laptops. The turntable is not discoverable by other devices it seems. Did I purchase one with a faulty bluetooth adapter? Is there a way to update the firmware?

• A:Answer it will automatically connect to the closest/fastest bluetooth receiver, so check to see if another bluetooth device is connected. I had some trouble when it accidentally connected to my tv's soundbar initially, I moved my bluetooth speaker closer. You can also do the factory reset procedure to "forget" previously connected devices - check the manual for the steps for this.

Q: QuestionHello. Three questions here: Does this turntable have some sort of built in preset anti skating? What is the preset tracking force of the stylus in grams? Is the cardridge upgradeable?

• A:Answer Hey Hector, thanks for your questions! (1) Yes, the turntable already has preset anti-skating and (2) tracking force for the included stylus (3.5g +/- 0.5g). (3) There is now a new cartridge upgrade option available from Audio Technica, ATN3600LE, that is an elliptical stylus option instead of the conical stylus used on the included ATN3600L. That upgraded stylus does not require any changes to the preset settings of the tonearm.

• A:Answer if your speakers aren't powered, you'll need an amplifier or "receiver" to power the speakers. If the speakers are powered (think computer speakers) then you can plug this directly into them using the "line" output option and the appropriate cable (RCA male to 1/8" female for example, for computer speakers)
