Q: QuestionWhy is the turntable base and the arm lever loose? Though plays ok. Also, there is a constant hissing noise when I play records and cassettes. The audio quality on speakers is inferiror when you play a record.

Q: QuestionThe video shows a record button to enable recording of any of the playable sources to an MP3 through the USB port. However, the pictures of the unit do not show it. Is there a different model?

Q: QuestionHow do I connect external cd player to this device. Internal cd will not go beyond READ. Can’t get it to go to PLAY.

• A:Answer Connect the external CD player to the AUX IN jack on the front of the Victrola Navigator using a 3.5 mm cable (you provide this). Press the CD/AUX button on the front panel of the Victrola. Then you operate the on/off/volume etc from your external CD player and not from the Victrola.
