- Answer The output may not be identical because the device cannot support certain HDR settings and color ranges. It should continue to output 4K resolution video at the correct framerate.

- Answer It should be. I'm not running a Mac (I have Linux), but the device shows up as another video source in OBS on Linux and Windows. I'm sure it would be the same for Mac. Documentation says it works with all three.

QuestionI have this and it only records the home screen of my Xbox, as soon as I join a game it goes black on my Xbox and static on my pc. What can I do to solve this?

- Answer We are presently trying to replicate these results. This may be related to an HDCP block, so please make sure there are no apps that would have HDCP enabled running in the background. This could include Movie/streaming apps or the DVD/Blu-Ray player.
