• The display does not adjust up and down on the three I bought either. Per the manual, it only has tilt adjustment. Fortunately I don't need the height adjustment. I can see why you're upset because Best Buy's website says it includes an adjustable height stand. Best Buy got it wrong.

• The VA2447-MHU does not have height adjustment capabilities. This would use a static stand.
