Does this include the door or is it panel ready null

PANEL READY I just found this out when my plumber took it out of the box. It has a door so it'll function but I'm having to order a door panel now :(

Unfortunately we had to learn the hard way that it does not! Been fighting with Best Buy for 3 months now about it. They even sent us a new unit thinking that the door was just missing by accident on the first order. I am still waiting for an answer because there is nothing on their site that mentions that it doesn't come with the door. The latest is that I was told by customer service that the person that posts the products online made a mistake and just copied the picture from the Viking site. They recommended i contact Viking to order the door on my own. Very unhappy with this experience.
