QuestionIs the Viking VDOE130 SS suitable for use in a church kitchen where we cook casseroles, meats and baked goods. We now have a double gas oven which needs to be replaced.

- Answer Yes. The oven is electric so you will require the correct wiring/ampage, so we suggest hiring an electrician to make sure everything is set. Another thing to note is that this is not a commercial oven, so it is made for home use but should be fine for your church kitchen.
