“The Vinotemp wine cooler clicks on/off but it shows 19 degrees. Is there something I can do myself to fix it? I didn't pull it out of the wall; I can't see the model #. I didn't buy it myself, it was in my unit when I moved in. It must be about 5 years old.”

The same problem I had. Save your money and just junk it. Vinotemp sent a friend of mine replacement parts that didn't fix his problem and they would not refund his money and said to buy more parts. Customer service is horrible.
