QuestionAre the shelves vertically adjustable, i.e. different slots on the sides to allow the space between individual shelves to be changed to accommodate wider Pinot Noir bottles?

- Answer To allow larger bottles to placed onto one of the racks, one of the racks either from the top or below would need to be removed. *Note: This wine cooler is designed to store up to 34 standard Bordeaux 750 ml bottles. Storing large and/or oddly shaped bottles (including champagne and sparkling wine bottles) will decrease the capacity of your wine cooler. QuestionThe Vinotemp wine cooler clicks on/off but it shows 19 degrees.Is there something I can do myself to fix it? I didn't pull it out of the wall; I can't see the model #. I didn't buy it myself, it was in my unit when I moved in. It must be about 5 years old.

- Answer The same problem I had. Save your money and just junk it. Vinotemp sent a friend of mine replacement parts that didn't fix his problem and they would not refund his money and said to buy more parts. Customer service is horrible.
