- Answer If you’ve purchased this... return it immediately. My husband went with ours to have it installed today he was there for 11:00- 6:45 and it doesn’t work and he needs to go back on Friday for how ever long it takes them to figure out why it doesn’t work. The staff at Best Buy are horrible. You can not get an actual person to talk to. And now another visit . Terrible customer service

- Answer You have to purchase a 2 way remote separately from this item. I recommend either the 7857v or 7756v. The 2 way one button remote is confusing as you need to do multiple clicks & lose the aux function

QuestionHave a question, recently purchased this system for my outlander sport se 2017 smart key and pending installation. Thing is that installer says that vehicle will shut off once door is opened. Can anyone confirm this.

- Answer Mine was installed in a 2015 Corolla 1 week ago. It turns off when I press on the gas pedal to start the car, but it's already warm by then. I'm pretty satisfied so far.

- Answer I had it installed in my 2015 Civic and the mechanic programmed it in a way that the car starts when I press the lock button on my factory remote 3 times. So depending on your car and the mechanic, I think you will be able to start your car with the factory remote and also lock/unlock the doors. Hope this helps.
