“Will this work with my 2019 GMC Sierra, Crew Cab, 5.3 V8, Base? The vehicle has power locks and windows. However, the vehicle does not currently have, and has never had a key fob. Per GM dealer, I can’t get one that will work through them.”

It will definitely work! The equipment bypasses everything. It doesn't have to have a previous fob. You won't regret it.
