A:AnswerYes you can. Both you and your wife can operate the same car on each of your phones. If you have more than one car with the remote start, you can also add each car to the same account. The app is account based, so each of you need to log into the app using the same username and password.
A:Answeryes it can. It will hook up to almost anything old or new. Including factory or aftermarket alarm systems. I recommend getting the monthly service . Thats what makes it so cool.
A:AnswerHighly recommend asking one of the “installers” at Best Buy if you purchase it there. When I asked a store rep. he really had little to no knowledge, I purchased mine anyway due to had to come back for installation, however contacted “Viper” and was given confirmation that it was compatible with my preinstalled alarm system...
A:AnswerIt works through an app from Viper. It is really easy to use but your vehicle has to be in an area that has cell service. Mine does not work at my house because my cellphone only works off wi fi. Works great anywhere with cell service. I just use my key fob at home.
A:AnswerYou must “already” have the “remote start system” installed on vehicle. This module basically replaces your key fobs & are actually better (my opinion) because with key fobs or remotes there are distance issues, but using your phone or (even watch) distance doesn’t matter...
A:AnswerI do believe that the heater must already be on before the vehicle starts, my climate control has a dial to turn off & on. When car is turned off & the dial is on, the heat or a/c will be on when remote start is used. (Hope this info helped)
