However, all plans include unlimited hotspot data (up to 5 Mbps on Visible, 10 Mbps on Visible+), which allows you to easily connect your iPad to your phone's hotspot to get online without a second bill. - Answer Yes you’re being held to it if you purchase it all together at once. But if you pay using auto pay or pay using monthly billing as sooon as your plan is done there is no penalty for leaving.
