1. Make sure the unit is powered off and not just asleep (if it is frozen, you can try pressing and holding the power button for 20 seconds).
2. Press and hold the "VOL +" button for 5 seconds and then, without releasing "VOL +" button, add the "POWER" button and hold both until the Android Recovery screen appears (Green Android on its back).
3. Use the "VOL -" button to scroll down to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" then press and release the "POWER" button to select.
4. On the next screen, scroll down to "Yes -- Delete all user data" then press and release the "POWER" button.
5. Then select "Reboot System Now" again using the "POWER" button.
6. The tablet should now be back to its factory settings and you should be able to access it once again.
