Hi! Wattage is just amps times volts. So for example, this unit operates at 120V at a current of 11.5 amps. 120 x 11.5 = 1380 watts. We don’t find wattage – or any single measure – to be particularly useful when comparing blenders. Blending efficiency results from the complex interaction of the motor, blades and container design, not from any single factor or number.
