“I've tried 3 diff external mics plugged into the mic jack. The mic symbol shows on the screen but no sound is heard on the recording. The internal mic does capture sound. What external mic will work with this? Do I need a mic with its own power source?”

• Same issue here. Tried multiple mics and both TRS and TRRS connectors. Any luck?
