A:Answer Hi Lissy… I have not had the issue myself, but what you’re describing could be one thing I’m thinking of, depending on how you were using the speaker. If you were using Bluetooth at all, the source device (a phone, iPad, etc.) can control volume as well, independent of speaker system. If whoever was playing the audio through their device accidentally hit their volume button at all, it would increase the volume on the speaker without any indicator lights. Hopefully that helps explain the issue, but it could also just be a speaker malfunction. Hopefully you can get to the bottom of it/get it replaced if needed!
