Can you launch Netflix from this tv? null

Not by itself, it has no internet connectivity of its own. There are several ways that you can add it to most "digital" TV receivers , and not lose that inverstment should the TV need to be replaced or upgraded to a lager size. An Android tablet, PC or Mac with an HDMI output, a BluRay DVD player with streaming, an Android set top box, Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, or Chromecast dongle can be used to access various streaming services and display those services with this set. With a Chromecast dongle, you can access Netflix using any device that has The Chrome browser or a Netflix app installed. A Chromecast dongle conneceted to the CEC HDMI port can also control some basic functions like swicthing the TV to that input.. If you also have a Google Home speaker, you can requesst any Netflix movie or TV series be played ":to TYV" and it will start streaming.

The VIZIO - 24" Class (23.5" Diag.) - LED - 720p - HDTV does not have the capabilities to launch streaming services like Netflix .
