QuestionDoes this sound bar have the feature my old Vizio sound bar had, that would turn on and off when my TV was turned on or off?

- Answer This sound bar does have CEC control for power on. It also has a VIZIO TV remote control feature that will turn on the sound bar with the press of the volume up button from the TV remote.

- Answer If the sub-woofer is powered (does not need a receiver/amp) and has an RCA connection it should work. I have a ten year old Yamaha YST-FSW050 and it is compatible.

QuestionHave Bluetooth headphones connected but when I try to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime the headphones are playing a different channel. Shouldn’t they play whatever channel I’m watching?

- Answer Hi LauraAZ. Our Sound bars are not designed to connect to Bluetooth headphones. The Bluetooth on this sound bar is only an input and can't output audio.

QuestionI have two Vizio smart tvs, will this work with BOTH tvs? Im planning on buying 2. Mostly to boost dialogue from music through movies playing on Netflix, Hulu & Amazon. Im competing with 2 ac wall units also. I do NOT want a sub woofer or too loud bass.

- Answer No, the sound Bar systems are designed to work as stand alone devices. You can connect a subwoofer to this bar through the Subwoofer Out on the bar itself but it does not allow for additional speakers to be added.

- Answer Any powered subwoofer will work, a powered subwoofer has an amplifier built in. DO NOT buy a passive subwoofer, a passive subwoofer requires an external amplifier.

- Answer You can connect the sound bar to the wifi and cast audio apps such as Pandora and iHeart Radio directly to the sound bar but if you are wanting to connect it to a computer or another device we recommend using a wired connection for the best possible audio quality.

QuestionI bought a sound bar in August 2017 so it’s about 7 months old. There are two speakers busted. Can I bring it back and swap out or am I just stuck with a busted speaker. I have my receipt.

QuestionWill this soundbar work with a Samsung Series 6 LED tv? I tried all forms of cables and get no sound. Samsung tech support said that NO soundbars are compatible with my tv. It's only 5 years old so there has to be a way for it to work.

QuestionMy SB3630-E6 is not hooked up to a sub and the bar distorts badly starting at mid-volume when bass is played, even on low bass setting. When I connect a sub to the LFE output will low frequencies to the bar be limited, resolving this issue?

- Answer The holes on the unit are 27 5/16 apart and are 4 5/16 from each end of the unit. Also, they are 1” from the bottom of the unit. Hope this helps.

- Answer The SB3630-E6 does not include a subwoofer. It does have a output that you could connect a subwoofer to. But it would need to be wired.

- Answer The Sound Bar has Bass adjustments. The LEDs on the side of the bar go up and down to show what level you are at. I had to turn my bass down as well.

- Answer It’ does have the SmartCast, as for google cast I can’t say since I’m currently using it as a stand alone sound bar speaker for the outside with no TV connected to it, you can used the Vizio app to cast to the sound bar I hope this answers your question.

QuestionAnyone else having Bluetooth connectivity problems? It worked the first day and now it just won’t connect. I’ve tried multiple devices, tried restarting. I unplugged the sound bar and then it connected once but not again.

- Answer I have had this unit for about 6 weeks. It does have bluetooth issues, but I am always able to connect. It sometimes takes a few times to get connected to a device for streaming audio and then it also seems to have difficulty switching back and using tv as input. I bought specifically because I have vizio smartcast tv, but the interaction is not as smooth as I would like.
