How far from TV do you need to wAtch this TV null

I use it as a monitor and sit 4-5 ft away and it looks great, especially at 4K native resolutions.

We do not have a recommended viewing distance. This would be a personal preference. Thank you!- Jesse

A good rule of thumb for proper viewing distance and angle is 1.5x the TV size (diagonal length) in inches. So for a 40 inch TV, you could sit 60 inches (5 feet) or more away. This rule of thumb is based on 1080p TVs, so for 4K TVs you can sit slightly closer, but then it becomes a viewing angle preference (I still think any closer means you have to turn your head to view the full screen).
