• The Vizio 40" TV is thin on the top and sides. It wouldn't be suitable for attaching a sound bar directly to the top or sides. The thicker, sturdier part of the TV is at the bottom.

• It is recommended to place the sound bar at ear level when sitting in your favorite spot. The VIZIO sound bars do come with mounting brackets in the box for wall mounting. Other third party companies might offer alternative mounting options.
